| Other than hosting a mean festival in October, Kawagoe 川越 is known as Little Edo, with many cute shops in old houses. Our favorite is a pizza restaurant in a traditional style Japanese house where you can sit in the small courtyard! There's also a branch of made-in-Japan shoe store called 神戸旅靴屋 there... very comfy shoes! |
